Hi Jeremy,

I picked up a couple of Aqua Medic DE light pendants, and part of the cable hanging system are missing tiny ballbearings. Do you happen to have these in stock?

The bottom one is missing ballbearings. I need two pins like this, or four ballbearings. :lol:

Unfortunately I do not. I can give AM a call first thing Monday morning and find out if they have any spares laying around though.

That would be great. Hopefully I don't have to buy an entire kit or two, just to get this component.

My fear is that AquaMedic might not have many spare parts yet as they lost their inventory to a warehouse fire in December. You might try a hardware store, or some other industrial supplier and find generic parts. I'd take the pieces with you to get the correct size. It's definitely a 2nd option if they're not in stock.

Hey Marc, sorry for the delay. AM was in the process of moving yesterday and their phones were being transferred.

I did talk to them and unfortunately they do not have any laying around right now. They only sell the hanging kits in just that, kits. They had some spares laying around before the fire, however that is gone since then.
