Any frag show around here?

I know there is that annual show up at Storrs but are there any other local frag shows anybody knows of?

Unfortunately we're right in the center of a trio of frag shows. The Storrs event, CTARS (this year's was one of the casinos - can't recall which so don't wanna misquote!) and Manhattan Reefs at Pace University in NYC. Most are an hour or so from the center of our group.

My guess is folks avoid hosting events in the midst of Summer due to the usual (or unusually oppressive in the case of this Summer) extreme heat. In addition, Summer is usually chaotic with family schedules and such.

Don't fret. They're all well worth the wait. Awesome speakers. Killer raffles. More reef geek conversations than can annoy an entire state's worth of significant-others. Oh, and don't forget about the frags!
