any good breeders or LFS?

are their any good local breeders or LFS in oklahoma or texas(i live in Altus,OK, about an hour from the texas border) i want healthy, quality fish but i would hate to pay $25-$35 on shipping alone. i want 2 false percs and maybe a cleanup(any suggestions on snails,crabs,etc.?)

also are their any LFS/breeders that sale quality live rock(i need 20-30lbs....fiji,cured) thanks for all the help. this forum is very helpful to us newbies. i'm just trying to not burn 1000's of dollars on a 20 gallon. btw, anyone wanna share how much their start-up costs were.....just out of curiosity...to kind of guage a budget.
