Make sure the top of your stack/drain pipe reaches higher than any tank and is open to allow air to be drawn in behind the water that flows downwards. This is the same as how the stack on your house works. Putting a 180° turn at the top reduces dust etc. from being drawn in.

I did plan to have top of main drain higher then the tank and to drill the cap out to allow air in. The 180 deg turn i didnt think of. Thanks for idea.
