Any hope for my poor monti?

So attached are pics of my montipora one is from right now ( the bad looking one ) and the other from 6 months ago. I am not sure what the heck is going on with this coral. All tank parameters that I check for are still looking great and the other monti and my acros are all looking just fine. I was just wondering if this may be some kind of a disease or something I can treat with a dip?

This has been slowly deteriorating for about 2 months now and the trumpet was just put up there last water change so about a week ago

difficult to tell but it seems like the coral is browning out which points to high nutrients

That happened to me with a lot of my montis. Twice, once was do to electrical issues in the water, the second was bad salt.. Fixed my broken heater, and did some big water changes with IO and things straightened out for me.

Well the placement of the coral in the tank is right in front of the overflow so I'm thinking poor nutrient export or over saturation from placement? Perhaps pointing a return in its direction would help? It's just that all other sps in the tank is looking great, better than ever actually

I also recently installed an apex system so now levels are staying much more stable and flow should be better from multiple flow variation methods. I also switched from a terrible aquac skimmer to a reef octopus which is pulling much better skimmate. But all these things considered the consensus seems to be a nutrient problem so I will try increasing flow to the coral. Just wanted to make sure this wasn't some sort of disease that I should remove and treat before it affects my other sps.
