lol

Set up a crab trap. I had a couple small fish disappear. When i found my blue spotted jawfish swimming with half his tail missing... I was pretty ****ed! I set up a crab trap (long drinking glass leaned up against the rock stack with bait at the bottom) and caught two huge crabs in my tank!!!

Check it out. Here's one of them.

Caught in trap:

It may pay off to check your tank out at like 3am with a red light and see if you cab find anything.

the sixline and goby might have jumped but i doubt the clowns did. what kinds of corals do you have? any anemones, or elephant ears? also, have you checked your overflow? good luck finding them....you should at least see a carcass

O Clowns can jump. Ive lost many like that;)

Though my sixline made it to my bed. Those can fly.

Sadly one of my clowns jumped recently, but I can't imagine all of them jumped. What are your water parameters? Especially PH, Salinity, ammonia and Nitrite.

hey gcarrol,

i used one cube of formula 1 and some squid. I was so amazed that I actually caught this guy in my tank, that I decided to set up the trap the following night and I ended up catching another pretty big crap. I followed up about a week later and set up the crab trap and was satisfied when nothing else turned up.

I banished both crabs into my sump.

birdman,

Also, check your overflow if you haven't already. May be that one of your fish jumped in there.

Good luck
