Any Issues with the WWD and Battery Backup?

I upgraded my Vortech to the new WWD driver and noticed that it goes into battery mode every couple of days. Then I have reset the unit as it seems to loss power (goes RED) to get it to restart.

I have unpluged my battery backup and have not had any problems so far. I do use a 12V DC adaptor plugged into a large UPS system for the battery backup but it should be the same thing as a ETM battery unit.

This also worked great for awhile with the old driver.

It sounds like either there could be a problem with the DC adapter/UPC system that you are employing instead of our battery backup unit. Please email us at service@ecotechmarine.com with a more complete description of what is going on so that we can review this and determine what is wrong.
