Hi there,

I have a large 48x48x24 3/4" acrylic cube with a 6" eurobrace 3/4" thick acrylic all around.

Would a Sea Swirl work on my tank?

I have a 225 deep eurobraced tank.Running 2 3/4" sea swirls for my return and actually just recieved the mounts today.Picked them up from aquarium currents.

Do you have any pics of them with the mounts for the acrylic eurobrace? did you mount them yet?

Yep, will definitely work. I just added a 1.5" sea-swirl to our 750 acrylic with 8" perimeter bracing and used the included mounting bracket.

The mounting bracket is "C"-shaped and will work for either perimeter bracing or tank wall mounting. The bracket has screw holes on 2 sides, so to switch between perimeter and wall mounting you just unscrew it from the base of the sea-swirl, rotate it 90 degrees and re-attach.

Thats good news, so the normal mounting bracket that comes with the 3/4" seaswirl will be able to be mounted on the 3/4" thick eurobrace?

Glad you asked, since I was leading you astray. I just checked on the aquarium currents site and it appears that the multi-function C bracket is unique to the 1.5" model. For the smaller models there is an optional "acrylic tank mounting bracket" that you'll need to order separately.
