I don't know about salties. Last time I went in there 6 years ago he was filling his fish system with a garden hose from the tap. Walked right out after seeing that and haven't been back.

LOL, I used to say: Salties, where fish go to die..... but then I noticed they don't die. I would still pop in from time to time and see some of the same large fish year after year.
The clam I got from him 2-3 years ago is doing awesome. I had gone in there and saw it and thought "œthat thing is dead in a week" but a month later I went back with the wife and kids and it was still doing great.
Funny story, I'm talking to him about buying the clam and my wife walks out. I wip out a $100 bill and tell him: if you trade me that clam for this, my wife will yell when she comes back". My wife returns as he's bagging the clam and she starts yelling about the $200 clam we can't afford LOL. To this day, if I want to irritate her, I just mention "œher maxima" in front of either of the kids who agree that because she left me alone in the store, she de facto bought it LOL
