HAs anyone had any luck using sea urchins for hair algae?

Depends on the urchin, but some are reef safe, but they can keep things closed by crawling over them. So it depends if you don't mind seeing some things closed up as the crawl around.

They shove rock: can't help it. If you putty your tippi-er rocks, much the better. They're a lot of fun.
