So has anyone had any luck with a white sebae? just curious as to their temperment. Are they more like a carpet or as easy as a long tentacle?

A white sebae is a bleached sebae, their track record is awful. I personally wouldn't even bother getting one.

+1 I made that mistake when I first started. The Sebae died and nitrates skyrocketed killing half my live stock. If you are going to get a Sebae, I still don't recommend them, get the brown ones that still have some of their zoozanthelle (symbiotic algae).
