my Trochus Snail is laying the eggs in my tank, the fish is busy with eating the eggs, but there are two pairs are making the eggs. there are plenty of eggs will survive I think.
What should I do to hatch the snail eggs? did anyone hatch the eggs before? The nass snails laid eggs before but nothing came out.

I think some people put a plastic item or something like a tube for the snails to lay the eggs on. then when they are done laying eggs and are fertilized, remove it to a seperate tank where they are safe.

my snails usually hatch im my 30 g i turn the light off and the next day you can see baby snail crawling over my glass i counted about 20 this morning its cool and they hide during the day more and more of em grow

Most of the common snails found in the hobby lay eggs which hatch out to larvae which spend a fair amount of time as plankton feeding in the water column. Its very rare to see these types of snails successfully reproduce in the average home aquarium. The type and amount of food necessary for them to develop just isnt present, and they are also prey to pumps, skimmers, and of course fish and corals. There are however a few which regulary are successful at reproduction. These snails have either a larvea which literally crawls away from the egg and is ready to go, or have a very short and possibly non feeding plantonic stage. Some snails which fit the latter categories are Stomatella, Columbellid, Collonista, and there are others.
