Any of your guys/gals into real estate investing? I start a 6 figure job in August and want to buy a house but unfortunately my ex wife eliminated that possibility by forcing us into bankruptcy so what I'm looking for is a leas to buy opportunity. I hate the though of renting so I'm looking for someone who's got experience in this area and may be interested in making $20K or so over the next couple of years...Thoughts?
