Any recommendations for a good home owners policy that covers aquariums?

Buying a new home soon and was wondering who you guys/gals are using for your policy that has a good policy for our aquariums. Thank you

I use State Farm. Was told they'd cover the damage from my fish tank ie water damage but not the fish tank itself or the livestock. If you need a contact let me know. No commissions here hehe

I have farmers n they will the cover water damage from the tank.

I second State Farm. When I started my tank 2 years ago, potential liability/damage was top of mind since I live in a multi-unit building and I was trying to get reassurance. That said, a few companies blanketed their responses with the "yes of course we cover that", but when pushed they couldn't provide clear language in their coverage contract... and one even reversed their statement after I pressed them.

Just be sure to ask for clear language that would support such claims. I was content with State Farm's description of what they covered after going back and forth with them a bit.

WawanesaCheaper if you bundle auto and home policies not sure about fish tank

Sounds like Farmers has the popular vote. I'll give them a call and see what they can do. Thank you everyone!
