Any Suggestions 2 Cap overflow

My old 55 w/ corner overflow is being converted over to a fresh water tank for my buddy. He's not planning on using the overflow, so the drain hole with the bulkhead will need to be capped.

Where can i find such PVC supplies locally in San Francisco? Would HOME Depot or Lowes carry these?

You should be able to find them at HD or Lowes.

I went to HD and i was able to find a threaded plug to fit the existing bulkhead. Only 95Cents!
