I found this guy way up inside my rock, sitting behind an empty snail shell. Any thoughts as to what it might me?

Looks like a parasitic anthropoid. I would try to get rid of it. Maybe poor some seller water in the hole after tagging rock outside. It will jump out of the hole and you do not ruin the rock.

Try and catch it in a cup, get a picture of it in case it's something else.
