Any threads on setting up a QT?

Returning to the hobby with a BC29 and I am hoping to set up a QT and wanted to know some of the basic procedures such as:

Time to leave them in QT
Procedures with fish vs. Inverts.
Coral dipping and investment protection

Any info is much appreciated. I have limited space, Is there any size tank restrictions?
