Any tips to get clown to eat?

So my first fish were two Ocellaris clowns (about 1.5 inches). Got them on 8-26 and all was great...for a couple days.

Long story short, ammonia bumped, they stopped eating. Fixed that, only one started eating again. Noticed ich on the non-feeder (only a few spots, but breathing fast and not active), did a freshwater bath, and am in early stages of tank transfer.

It seems to be responding - active like the other...but just not eating.

Last food was 8 days ago. Have tried pellets and mysis. Even got some Kent garlic today - the other fish loved it, but no interest from the problem child...

Any suggestions? LFS does not have live brine. Just wait longer? The healthy clown has really learned to associate me with food and pounces on everything - almost not giving the other a chance. It eventually gets full...but it almost seems as if it is not giving the other clown a chance to eat...?
