Any update on product shipment?

Do you have any updated information on product shipment? I'm waiting for a TS21 with magnets from Marine Depot.

How long ago did you order? It is my understanding that anyone who ordered before mid Feburary should be getting pumps in a week or so as we shipped out some pumps to MD early this week. The magnet holders are still a problem but I have been doing what I can on my end and have been assured that a new employee was added to produce magnet holders and the issue should be resolved soon.

My backorder is dated February 7, 2006.

I would think you will get your pumps next week but that is really something only MD can answer definitively. In all likelihood only the accounting department would know what is coming right now so the sales people will not be able to give you an answer until the product arrives and it is in inventory.

I talked to MD today and they said my TS21 shipped yesterday

They're hoping to have magnets shipping next week.

That's good to hear. I have been doing everythin I can on my end and I had a phone call with Mr Tunze this week and I have emailed him a complete list of backorders, he has a clear picture of the problems we have now and assured me it is being worked on.
