When is the next shipment due in? I'll need 3-4 bags around December/January.

Absolutely no idea! We usually have enough for a few months' orders, and we try for a second shipment each season, but there's no telling. If there's already a shortage of the Reef Flake size this early, that doesn't sound promising for the remainder of the year. We may not see more Reef Flakes until next spring/summer.

Again - the shortage is only affecting the Reef Flakes, so far. All other sizes are unaffected and seem to be in steady supply.

Great! Glad we got you set up for your needs! I have a feeling that within 2 months or so we'll be out of the Reef Flakes again, and it's hard telling when the next batch will arrive.

Here's the verbatim update:

"Not yet, was due 7/25 but customs got nosy with the carbon that was on the container too... I assume it's cleared and on the railroad though, but I guess they can't tell where on the railroad. Wednesday they told me they can verify it's not in Indy so no way we'll get it 7/25, so I'm hoping we get it tomorrow or Tuesday, but nothing from the broker yet."

So it's on the ground, on its way, and almost there. Soon as we get it, we'll send it!

Just got word that we received and opened our Tropic Eden container.

We received everything they promised us except for Grand Select.

The Reef Flakes are going FAST.
