Anybody have any bad experience with Pencils with Pencil urchins?

Well i just got a pencil urchin for christmas from a friend, and i was wondering if anybody has them with corals? Because i heard they can eat them. Well thanx for the help. Later

I used to have one. Interesting to watch, but it ate one of my Bispira worms, and one of my sabellestarte worms. Never bothered any of my coral though, but they are omnivores and eat anything they can get into, including sleeping fish.

They do tend to eat anything that does not move out of their way. So not a good urchin in a reef tank.
