i'm thinking about adding maybe 3 to my 75g. who has them and how do you like them?

We love barnacle bennies, we have a group of about 8 in our 205g. They are easy little fish to keep and are very interesting to watch, I would recommend them.

i have 2 and would like to get a couple more but they are hard to find. You will only see their head sticking out and looking around 99.9% of the time. Even when some food floats by they're too fast to really see them.

liveaquaria usually has them. thanks for the feedback, i think that'll be my next purchase after my yellow coris wrasse goes from qt to dt. :)

I had five in a large (185-gallon) tank and they slowly disappeared over a period of months. I don't think any of my other fish were interested in them, but something must have been because I was down to just one by the time I broke down the tank.

We have been very lucky with our local LFSs (whatever the plural is for LFS). We got a group of 4 at one and a group of 4 at another.

Very awesome little fish. I have 3 in my 80 gallon. Out of all my fish those 3 are the most interesting to watch. Especially at feeding time.

They are definitely character fish. I love them in my tank. Unfortunately in a 400g tank with lots of rock there are so many places these little guys vanish to.

Then one day you are feeding and that little head shoots out of the rock.

I will say when I have seen these in quantities at the wholesalers, they are very aggressive to each other when in the tanks.

I have found that they are definitely territorial, but they seem to badger each other to spread themselves around the tank and settle in.
