Anybody have PPE for sale locally?

I was just wondering if anybody had some true PPE to sell locally at a decent price. I have been trying to get them for a while and always seem to fail lol. Someone is willing to ship some to me at 35 bucks a polpy, but then I have to pay shipping too. I really have nothing to trade yet as most of my stuff is still in the frag stage.
