Noticed this a while back. No clue what it is kind of looks like a pest polyp of some kind.
 
It's hard to tell from the picture, but for size reference, it is very small. The whole colony is probably no more than 1/4" across.
 
They can be sometimes. They are known to irritate certain corals. If that's pretty much the extent of the colony you could just smother them with some epoxy.
 
Those look a little big and fleshy for colonial hydroids to me. Could they just be yellow polyps? If so, they can be a little invasive, but don't pose the same kinds of issues as hydroids.

Yeah I looked up colonial hydroids and that's definitely what they are.
