Anybody know anything about these filters

I can't find anything on google about them.

I just did a search for them as well, can't find squat. Ask yourself this, What happens if an impellar or motor breaks or anything like that. How easy can you get replacment parts. How good can they be if you can't find any info on them. That alone should tell you all you need to know about em. I'd try and find something a little more tried and proven in the hobby. And definatly something more readily avialable with an abundance of information available.

this is a container a sump or something its clear and they had bio balls in it . Not sure how they had it hook up.

I think I know the filters you are talking about, if its want I'm thinking, it's more a wet/dry/canister type filter. I'd avoid it personally and stillf ind something more suited to marine systems.
Can you post a pic of it? May help to tell ya how it should be setup.
