Anybody know Cheap clams in quantity?

I own a Horse Conch. He eats Mexican Turbos snails, and it is also said that the Horse Conch will eat clams. I was told that live Oysters could be purchased (at local food stores?) I do not know where to buy them.
More importantly I want to know if there are any inexpensive clams, or Oysters that I can keep at my house. They Oysters that I have seen need to be kept refrigerated, and last only 7 days. Are there any clams that I can buy cheaply, and keep alive in an aquarium for about a month? Is the 80 degree water going to be too much for them. As I said the sellers online are saying to refrigerate the live oysters.
Probably not huh?
I do not want expensive, pretty clams. They just need to be alive, and as cheap as possible.

if your just using them for food then go to the supermarket or a see food place and buy cherrystone or little neck clams. if you slowly acclimate them to the tank water temp they should live for a while

any supermarket with a seafood section should have live steamer clams.
