Anybody know PAR ratings??

HI, I was wondering if anybody has any info on PAR ratings for common bulbs. Or knows where I can find it. I will be replacing my 20000K XM's next month and am shopping around a little. Some have suggested Phoenix 14000K. I was just wondering on what is a good bulb as far as PAR. Thank you.

I have looked at a few manufactures websites and still can't find anything. I am always hearing people say this has more PAR than that, and so on. Where are people getting that info.
