I still want to know why there is a sump if everything in it is fake.

It could be a scam, and the bid increase of $5,000 is suspicious. To me, it all reads like some rich guy who knows nothing about saltwater but just wanted to have a showpiece saltwater aquarium (his "dream").

Do we know for sure it has a sump? The filtration might be behind the fake corals.

Wouldnt it be hard to keep those corals clean? They would get covered with algea.
