Anyone else have a Fire Urchin?

Here is a pic of mine, I have had it for 4-5 months now. Only one fish has been lost , I think it was what killed it.
Anyway, would love to see more pictures from others

What kind of fish was it?

Are these urchins "reef safe"? They look really cool, but I seem to vaguely remember something about them not being a good idea for a reef system.

I lost my 3 year old female clownfish, I assume anyway. She was gone after my vacation and this guy is all over the tank. If it was near the nest area she could have tried to protect the area. They are venomous but other than that it is in a large reef, your main concern is not having your hands too close. I think I read it could paralyze a person for up to 6 hours..... Not to count the pain of the sting.
But I like crazy stuff so I got one, I know I am not alone in that
