Anyone else loose power?

Moving Out
Mine was out for 2.5 hrs during the night. No losses, but the skimmer was working extra hard.

It went out sometime between midnight & 4:30am. I woke up about 4:30am & the outside lights were on. The T5's were on & the pumps were off on the tank. Gave the AC Jr. a reboot & everything went back to normal. Not sure if the power had just came on when I got up. But I wasn't feeling to good about the AC Jr. schedule out of wack. It may have updated shortly, had I done nothing.

I was already to fire up the generator, had the power went off when I was awake. Figures the power would shut off when we're sleeping.

GTR-

I was thinking about your Neptune issue and it seems sort of weird. I have once or twice blown the circuit that my tank is on when I first had both tanks (display and prop tank) running on the same circuit. When I reset the switch, it took a few minutes, but the controller finally rebooted and came on by itself. Unlkess there is something different about when the power goes out, I dont understand what is going on there.

For your peace of mind and my curiosity, I suggest you switch the power off to the controller and then reset it. Wait about 5 minutes and make sure it kicks back on.

Troubleshooting this thing is a PITA without the connection to the computer. Have to devote some time today. There must be a bug in my program or I didn't give it enough time to update.
After further review of the power outage. It may have just flashed off & on. Last night the power flashed off & on. When I went down to check on the tank, most of the systems were running as they should. Only one was not. So maybe that is a key to the controller issue. I'll keep you posted.

Well as far as the power flashing on and off - that I KNOW has happened a few times in my house while I've had the Neptune. So I know for sure that those times the system came back on as usual. I dont necessarily know how long it took to kick back in, but based on what I've seen when the circuit breaker shut the power down, I'm guessing it comes back on within 3-5 minutes.

OK. What was it?
Well, with 12 timer names & some with multiple program commands, somehow I forgot to give one a program. Turned out to be the return pump. I should have written them all down & then programmed the commands in. Plus to top it off I had changed alot of timer names, & had to readjust the programs. Doing it on the computer would have been a breeze.

That reminds me, I have to ask Neptune what program to use when trying to open the Aquanotes Lite program on my old 98 Dell w/Windows 98.
