I'll post shots of the OM Squirt and return pump when I'm done plumbing it. I siliconed the overflow last night and am now doing the plumbing for it / return system. Here's some pictures and then some shots of the livestock in the 20 gallon while I set up the maintank with water tonight.

yes... that's a 1.5" external durso drain on a 30 gallon tank lol.. GenX PCX30 ~900gph return pump on OM Squirt actuator valve.. 20 gallon will be sump for now but when I get the 40 gallon sump donated to me from andrew in a month or so, it will become the new sump and the 20 gallon will become the refugium.

The substrate is just a light covering of bermuda pink crushed coral/shell.. it's pretty much a barebottom that will get siphoning on a regular basis with a 6" sandbed in the refugium which will be mainly seagrasses calfo style.

Leave it to you LIRA guys to have a thread entitled "anyone else plumbing tonight" and have people actually respond "yes"... :p
.. All the plumbers I know normally work in the Day..

Moved everything into the new tank while I finish up plumbing of the return system.. Tried to do the best aquascaping I could for a 12" wide peninsula tank..

I like the aquascape.. is the rock touching the glass? If not how are you holding it up? (pegs/cords/tubes/etc.) I debated leaning the rock against the glass in the 20 since it was so tiny, but decided to go with a "floating island" (rock centered in the middle mostly "floating" above on 3 main bottom pieces to give flow underneath) But i didn't use anything special to balance them
