Anyone ever heard off...?

Has anyone heard of or seen one strip percula clown. I seen some fish that were told to be eight months old and they only have their head strips. No viable sign if a second or third bar coming in. Just wondering

I have a couple headband percs that will be a year old at Christmas.

In my case, it was a result of poor husbandry (high nutrient levels in the larvae tank) when they were young.
