Anyone ever try human intestinal worm medication on AEFW's?

I was reading a few AEFW's threads in here and I thought, if somebody gave "interceptor"the dog heart worm medication a try. Thanks to them we have a remedy for RB's, maybe someone could try other human/animal parasite medications on the AEFW's. If I had AEFW's and a quarentine tank, I'd try it. I'm not sure about in the U.S, but you can buy a variety of human parasite medication over the counter in Mexico. The way I see it, besides the AEFW problem there is'nt too much else that we can't fix in the SPS departement.

It'll definitely be worth a try... I don't know enough about the organisms and different treatments to know what treatments would work on the AEFW's, but if there is something fairly easy to obtain, it would certainly make sense to Frankenstein something in an attempt...

Everything I've heard says TMCC has the same active ingredient as Lavamisole in it.

BUT there is one HUGE difference. People are experiencing RTN with Lavamisole not with TMPCC and I use twice the recomended dose.

Could that just be that TMPCC is at a much lower dosage to start? The people here are using enough levamisole to deworm a pig on about 1L of water.

I know ground black walnut hulls work pretty good on human intestinal worms! I'm not sure that one will dissolve in water though.
