Anyone going to BAYMAC?

I went a couple years ago. It's a good event with a lot of frags. Online prices with out the shipping.
I assumed you were the "Dan" in my email list that went out a few times 
I guess I should have checked with you here (which would violate the UA and I could get banned for it) to see if you were getting my emails. Having said that, I am not allowed to make threads about it, but I can reply to them, so there is/was no way of making a forum posting. This is a real issue with clubs that do not have their own website/forum. I am also not allowed to PM in regards to the show. So RC was/is out for communication and the email I thought was going to you wasn't, not sure what else I could have done.

I didn't receive any emails about BAYMAC. I'm sorry this didn't work out for us this year. I know you work hard to put on a good show and we were planning on being a part of it. Perhaps the dieties of the site can fine tune the rules so that you wouldn't be in violation for making those who wish to hear from you aware of what is going on. I will pm you my email.

I entered you email into my new database. I fully planned on you guys being there, had the booth and everything (listed you on the website, fliers and posters).
Next year is a go, I'll be announcing the date shortly. Let's get you locked in for 20111 with plenty of time to plan for it
The first two events I was not on the RC Radar, but I am now, especially with the cross club posting policy now.
