This place was advertising their Grand Opening this weekend at the Aquarium show in Schaumburg a few weeks back. They are a warehouse first opening the doors to the public and say "Offering Premium Products and Fish at Great Warehouse Prices".

Anyone heard of them before or plan on going? I emailed them to see if they had any kind of Grand Opening Sale but havent heard back yet.

Got a response back:

"Yes we are open today and tomorrow 10-7 we are running sales prices for the rest of the month on most things. If you saw us at the Aquatic Experience, those are the prices we are using with those items. Other product/livestock is also on sale."

Interesting.. they're maybe 15 minutes from me, figure it wouldn't hurt to check it out.. need to find some time today. Did anyone see what kind of stuff they have, mainly SPS and fish is what I'm after.

Unfortunately all I saw was their ad saying they had a grand opening coming.

If anyone goes PLEASE let us know about prices and livestock.

Stopped by there today. They're still under construction so there lighting isn't up yet. They have an okay amount of fish to choose from, more fresh water than salt. Good prices on dry goods though. If your looking for coral and frags they don't have any really to choose from. The owners are really friendly and said they'll be getting there lighting up and corals in the next couple weeks. Ill definetly go back probly by the end of the month.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by this weekend! And an even bigger thank you for all the positive feedback.

We have a lot of room at our location, and we will continuously be adding more racks/tanks so we can have more fish available. Hopefully in the next few weeks our two fish rooms will be connected/open to each other to make navigation EASIER!

We will continue to ask for as much feedback/suggestions as possible. What are we doing right? What are we doing wrong? What fish/products would you like to see available?

Anyone interested in stopping by you are more than welcome. We are still in the building/setting up faze in some areas but we are open for business. And we hope to more than double our current tanks for livestock in a few weeks time (already 100+). We have already began construction on the racks for the expansion.

Our lighting over our tanks should be ready to go by the end of the week, we do apologize to everyone that we did not have them ready and set.

Our coral racks are built. They are currently in our freshwater room and are in the process of moving the with the rest of our saltwater fish hopeful by the end of the week so we can start filling them up with corals. I will say our coral selection is very small at the moment, but when the racks are moved we will be adding LOTS more.

Feel free to PM me, email me, facebook me, or anything to get in touch. With everyone's suggestions and opinions we will be able to quickly position ourselves with more of the right products/livestock so we can keep everyone happy and coming back!!

Again, thank you everyone!

Nano fish (besides clowns) are ignored by most of the local stores. Having a nice fairy wrasse selection along with other nano fish would be nice. I had to buy mine from live aquaria because no one had a decent selection.

Once your coral tanks are up I will stop in. I also have a discus tank so I'd love to see your selection.

We have a good selection of premium discus left. If you saw us at Aquatic Experience we had a show tank full of discus and we sold out.

I did brave the storm on Sunday and drove 45 miles to that location. My kids loved it, I did too. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are putting in a lot of hours to get the place up and running, but for a grand opening, it was really nicely done. Wishing you a lot of success ... and will make the drive again for sure.

THANK YOU JB63 for your kind words! And I am glad you had a safe trip!

Please any suggestions or livestock/products you would live to see I will try to bring them in to make your drive more worth it.

You guys carry cichlids? I have a 135g I need to fill.

Yes we do. What kind of Cichlids are you looking for?

Stopped by. Like has been said, not a lot of selection for salt water (some of the discus they had were amazing though!) but they are still building. Will be nice to see when more set up.
What was set up was clean and everything looked healthy.
What I can say is the staff is more than friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely support them in their business in the future.

What's new? ANy snails, or inverts? I'm specifically looking for banded trochus and nassarius snails... Thanks, I might stop in today.

They need to update their website with correct store hours. Website said they are open until 6 on Saturdays, but the door were locked at 5:30

i stopped by last week and they were very nice and answered questions. i'm excited to have a place 15 minutes from home.
