Anyone going to the Planet Reef opening tommorrow?

He' sgot some nice prices! I happened to be standing right there when they were about to draw for the Deluxe 12g, and I asked if I could put my name in...
Didn't even see the thing when I walked in, but I was the last person to put their name in for the drawing. Guess who's name got pulled?

We all laughed, but I am the proud new owner of a deluxe 12g nano setup, complete with stand, fission skimmer with a surface attachment. Thermometer, some reef crystals, and not sure what else.... Not sure what I will do with it...
Very nice trip for me, and I met a few people, MPCart, saw a few friends. All in all a very nice store. His prices are very competitive as well. When he is fully stocked and open, it will be sweet.

It was a nice store, they sure like their T5's.
Still a new store but I like where they're headed. I'll check back in a few months when all their tanks are up.
Mpcart and I just missed the drawing. I just had to go and crack my sump right before we left, argh! I think I've patched it up well enough for now.

He isn't fully up and runing, no SPS yet, but he had some nice softies. Of course he was doing quite a bit of business, so I don't know what was left. JXmetal got two nice rocks while I was there...
And Mike, it was not fixed. Had Roy Brown won... that would have been a fix!!! I have been taking pointers and as a young padawan, I can say the Jedi mind tricks Roy has shown me work quite well!!!

They had great prices.
Large corals.
A few hard to find species of fish.
Minuses:
Only partially stocked.
No SPS yet.
Not many larger tanks. (>75 gallon)(may have been more in the back though)
HOT! It was very warm/humid. But it was cold outside so they didn't have the doors open.
I didn't look into the fish too much as I knew I wasn't buying any. I didn't get a chance to check out the full array of dry goods either. But they seemed to have a good selection.
