Anyone got Chaeto or a Fuge Light?

Or if you know what home depot and what the package looks like I can buy the light

the light is a HD clip on and the bulb cracked but i have used it the wholke time it is the flood ones with the spiral bulb inside so the spiral was ok

whatever you think $10maybe i think the clip on lights are only $8 at depot

I just upgraded my light to this. 6.99 for the reflector lamp and 11.99 for a three pack of CF lights (26W=100W). The lights are on special at the Home Depot in Elk Grove.

do those cf bulbs get very hot?

Mine has been on since 8am and I can grab the bulb for about four seconds before it gets hot enough to let go. And even then it doesnt hurt. The reflector is acually cold to the touch.

How does your cheato grow with those lights?

I honestly cant say. The new light has been in place since yesterday. But it does look like a bunch of pieces that were lying flat on the bottom have stood up about a half inch toward the light. I had an old 13W PC bulb on the refugium, and this looks very promising.
