Anyone has a small PC fixture to sell?

I'm looking for a small PowerCompact Fixture to put over my fuge where i will also grow leather frags...need something small - no longer than 12" - nothing fancy.

How about home depot flood light? It's about thirty bucks. costco used to have one for eight bucks. Not sure they still have them

i have a China made POS power compact 55/65 watt ballast, reflector, endcaps...everything except the bulb.....20 bucks takes it....
