anyone have 2-250(elc. or HQI) Ballast, and wanting 2 upgrading to 2-400w HQI PFO

Im Wanting to put 3 - 250's over my new tank. Have decided for sure, just gagging interests

he has bluewave 7 ballast and 2 ro3 pendant and not sure about the bulbs(dual ended)
