all small pairs turn into breeding pairs in the right conditions. if you don't have the right conditions a breeding pair won't breed. save your self some money and grow them yourself.
Yes, I do typically form pairs that way buy since I moved down here recently and have no pairs, I would like to get a jump start by obtaining several pairs and if lucky, several breeding pairs.
