I am looking for a small scrap of plexi or plastic that I can make into:

PH's - modded holder. looks like to me- ninja they work but only temporary and vibration will drive u insane.
IME.

Anyways Lowes sells small 7x11 pretty cheap. IME u will need more than one because unequivocally u will mess up the first one.

ITs from a float switch. I am going to use it to hold my in tank frag tank...aka sponge holder. The suction cups dont hold well.

U should try something like this easier.

Steve - I'll bring some scrap with me tomorrow. You might have to remind me though.

FYI - Prospect Plastics has scraps that they literally throw away everyday. I have never tried to walk in and just ask if I can look through their trash can but they do have some small stuff that they sell. Buy a small piece and then ask if you can look at their waste. You'd be surprised what you can bring home.

I just did what Gasman and many other people have made as well just using eggcrate and a wide magfloat that I found for $13 with a bit of the crazyglue gel. Works like a charm.

FYI,
Meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of the month. This month the 4th Tuesday is the 28th, not tomorrow night (the 21st).
