anyone have any Medusa/ hair/spaghetti worms

breutus

Don't ask me, I'm wrong.
I am just looking for someone close that might have an extra couple that I can throw in the tank to start a population of them.

If I had a pic for you John I'd be happy to post it but no such luck.

Suffice it to say that they look somewhat similar to some of the filter feeding sea cucumbers.

Anybody have any of these in there tanks?

It's a hair worm.

Medusa worms are sea cucumbers and look nothing like that.

Might want to invest in a copy of "Marine Invertebrates" by Ron Shimek. It can be an invaluable resource. By the way, hair worms, spaghetti worms and Medusa worms are all pictured in that book.

well just to point out the fact, since I wasn't sure, the thread is titled

Medusa/HAIR/Spaghetti worms,
Since through the many years of doing this I have heard them referred as all of them.

I am glad I now know for sure thank you Capncapo

Does anyone have any hair worms in there tank.
