nope got nothing. simple setup. It's a small tank so i just got a hob and change water weekly. I also dose for the sps and level is at 500ppm. I do have to scrub the sides every few days or so because of algae.

This is the 112g I just bought to replace my 190g.... Not a pic of it being mine though, its the PO's pic.

so nice. i want one now! hehehe

Get one I love cubes, the only bad thing about a cube is , if the height is too high you have to make sure you get good lighting.

But my tank is a shallow tank so its even better :D

A 400w will do the trick if you have a deep tank. My problem is cleaning the tank sometimes. I would want to do it manually and the tank is too deep for me to reach.

i have an older pix of my cube when i was just starting to set it up..

<img src="http://reefcentral.com/gallery/data/500/7151IMG_7774.jpg">

36x30x24. starphire glass on 3 sides and rimless. 400watt 12K XM bulb on top...might go with 10K later on..started with 20K but the tank was just too deep for it and lost alot of corals.

would i really need 400w if i just want to keep zoas, rics and acans?

This is why my tank is 12 inches tall lol , I hated how tall my biocube 29 was, My whole arm would be wet if I had to get something from the bottom.

Another reason why that 45 gallon is now gone too it was 20 inches high

You don't need 400w for softies. Heck you can just get some power compacts!

But I would suggest metal halide/T5 just in case you decide to add sps someday. 250w would be a good. Be prepared.

WOW!

has anyone done a cube with 360 view? i was thinking of one in the kitchen as a divider but cant figure out how to plumb it. im thinking the only way is to have the overflow in the middle but then i really dont want to see the overflow.

i cant think of a better way. any ideas?
