I have had this little pump that comes with the ATK unit for about 6 months now. I think it has quit on me already... You would think something from neptune would last at least a year. Anyone have experience with this pump or know how to fix it? I can't seem to take it apart very easily. :thumbdown

I did get it apart...without a hammer. Cleaned it and put it back together. Still doesn't work. Taking it to LFS where I got it tomorrow.

interesting twist:
Plugged the PMUP into 1link and it works flawlessly. Still cannot get it to work when plugged into FMM. I posted about it in the Neptune Systems Community

update:
opened a ticket with Neptune to see what they suggest. I tried switching the power supply from the 1 link to the FMM to see if I had a bad power supply. They were both the same pin size and 24v. This did nothing so now I think I may have a bad ACC port or I am bad at electrical stuff... I thought I was done with manual top off of the tank.... guess not

I have heard that those pump don't last long if dosing with kalk weird how it works on the link 1. Maybe it needs to be reconfigured in FMM, what a pain.

a fmm or ato? I was going to put my old float valves back in the tank instead of my top off tank and then my high emergency water level float back in the top off container to try and redo my ATO for a week. If you have a spare FMM that would make life easier than spending all of tonight figuring out that programming.

Having to send the FMM in to Neptune. so I will be without a ato for a week most likely.

I have a spare plug in ATO that you wouldn't need to program anything.

I can rework mine with things I have right now. Those apex break out boxes really are handy

Neptune received, fixed and is mailing back my FMM. They replaced a component that fixed the ACC port. This is the port that powers the PMUP. They even upgraded the shipping for me to get it back and hooked up before I have to leave my tank for a bit.
