If so, do you like them? I assume these can be run with ARO electronic ballasts, correct?

I have the ROIII and I like it. The Lumin Mini should be better though. I believe any E-ballast can be use.

From the Sanjay tests, the Lumenarc will likely be marginally better, but the RO III is very good. Keep in mind that the Mini is for mogul (SE) sockets, and the ROIII is for DE sockets. The ROI is, I believe, for mogul sockets, and is also supposed to be good. I don't know if they make a Mini for DE sockets.

The e-ballast should work with whatever you bulb you buy.
