Anyone have this problem

6 foot tank x 2 foot x 2 foot. 6100s on both ends close to the front glass, facing each other. alternating left to right only at 30 to 50 percent on a contoller. Blowing large mounds of sand with a bald spot in the middle. What can I do?

I remember reading somewhere about shimming the magnet slightly maybe 5 degrees or so and the stream will not hit the sand. Has anyone done this and does it work? Also if so where to get a acrlyc or plastic shim from?

Other suggestions? I also have sea swirls in the back left and right corner so I can't place the streams there.

If you angle the magnets slightly then remove the Stream from the serated clamp and re-position it, it can be made to point slightly upwards. No need for any shims.

Just in case, you can use a cable tie to prevent the Stream from moving in the serated clamp.

i just had that same problem, it's because the flow hits each other in the middle of the tank, i just aimed them so the flows don't hit=solved the problem.
