Anyone here have an uncycled ten gallon quarantine?

How often and how many drops of prime should I drop in the tank and should I do this daily? I have an ammonia meter on the glass and I am reading 0 for the past couple days, feeding heavy for a fish I am trying to get to eat.

I would just treat the QT like the DT.. It should be the same, only it's over there... (minus chemicals) GL.
