anyone in syracuse have weld-on 3 or weld-on4

I have a kalk reactor which has two hairline cracks on the black surface where the lid mates. the cracks are all the way through, though there is no visible movement as a result of the cracks. I would like to glue the cracks shut so I can use teh reactor.

Froma quick read is sounds like weldon 3 or 4, with the caveat that these don't bond cross-linked acrylic and I have no idea what that is

anyone locally have some and a syringe to glue the two 2" hairline cracks?

Iv got some too, local in Liverpool if you need it sooner. Its weld on 4, you would need to pick up a syringe from a pharmacy or somewhere I think I may have tossed the one I had.
