Thanks Jared. Palys look good, sixline is about the same. I had the g/f finish aclimating them at 5 and put him in QT, he's half hiding, laying slightly sideways, under the few rubble pieces I put in there. I'm hopping over night he perks up abit, I guess only time will tell.
 
Thanks again guys. I am going to contact Reef Hot Spot management. The they ship some of my snails, sent me the wrong zoas, Ryan's sixline is already dead, and one of the other fish "didnt pass shipping inspection," whatever that means.
 
So apparently they will not re-ship their screw ups, only gave me a refund. I think it's pretty sh--ty that rather than correcting their errors by sending the correct items, they just refund my money.

Anyway, glad most of your things are doing well. Please let me know if anything dies within 14 days, they have a live guarantee.
 
Lost the fire shrimp last night. :( Got a pic of t he orange serpent on the corpse if needed....The 4 Pom-Pom crabs are doing good though. :) Only one out of four of them doesn't have any anemones. That's pretty good from what I've seen in the past.

Sorry to hear that man, send me the pic and I will see what I can do. This is completely ridiculous.

If you still have him, the picture needs to be taken of him outside of the tank.

I didn't think to take it out of the tank and get a picture??? kind of odd that they'd want a picture out of the tank.....you'd think they'd want to see that you put your stuff in a tank. :)

If you can use the other pic of it becoming a meal for the orange star let me know......don't go way out of your way though....Im not that worried about it.

No company will re-ship replacement livestock. They will refund your money or replace the item, but you need to pay shipping. This is standard practice for ALL online retailers I have dealt with.

I have ordered from Reef Hot Spot many times, and they are by far the best retailer I have dealt with... customer service, packing, etc... Only 1/3 of my Live Aquaria (not Diver's Den) order made it past 24hrs, and the same offer was given to me as Reef Hot Spot gave you. Refunded money or free replacement and I pay to ship it.
 
They never offered to replace the items TJ, I would have paid for shipping. I asked if they would, and they said all they can do is give me a refund.
 
I have the pics of the fish not sure if I send them to you or the site.
