Anyone Know A Place With Skeletor Eel

I find plenty that have out of stock listings, but does anyone know where I can get my hands on a skeletor eel? Been actively looking for a week with no luch so far. I am not in a big hurry or anything but if there is a place I have yet to find i would love to check it out!
